Welcome to AppsPrize, an offerwall  which is a dedicated place inside mobile apps and webs which lists multiple offers. These ads provide users with rewards or various incentives in exchange for completion of specific actions, such as downloading an app.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how AppsPrize (“us,” “we,” or “our”) collects, uses and shares your personal information in connection with the services, and our email communications (collectively, the “Services”). 

Individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (collectively, “Europe”) should review the section below titled “Notice to European Users” for important information related to the processing of your personal information.

If we make revisions that change the way we collect, use, or share personal information, we will post those changes in this Privacy Policy. Please review this Privacy Policy often to stay informed of changes that may affect you, as your continued use of the Services and signifies your acceptance of such changes. 

Personal Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide. We collect personal information that you provide to us in connection with the Services, including the following categories:

  • Contact information, such as first and last name, email address.
  • Communications, such as questions, queries or feedback you leave or submit to us,  your email and messages and chats, information you may submit through our support page.
  • Order information, such as transaction details and information about your usage history.
  • Other information that you choose to provide but is not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Personal Information Collected Automatically. Your personal information may be collected automatically when you visit or use the Services, including the following categories:

  • Installed apps (including the use duration and use history)
  • The data will be connected to your end device via the device ID and sent, encrypted, to our servers. In order for app providers to finance our app suggestions, we must send them the device ID for billing purposes.
  • Device information, such as IP address, web browser information, computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, carrier, manufacturer and model, screen resolution, unique identifiers, and general location information such as city, state, or geographic area. 
  • Online activity information and details of your visits to our Services including, but not limited to, traffic data, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, navigation to apple or android store.

The processing of the above data is necessary to be able to recommend, via system messages, the installation of apps available in Playtime that match your interests, and calculate the bonuses acquired as a result of your use of the corresponding apps.

Cookies We do not use cookies.

Referrals. Please do not provide us with someone’s contact information unless you have their permission to do so.

Sensitive Personal Information. Unless we specifically request it, we ask that you not provide us with any sensitive personal information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Services or otherwise to us.

Use of Personal Information. We may use personal information for the following purposes and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection:

Law Enforcement, Government Authorities, and Others.  Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal information to law enforcement, government authorities, and other parties if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).  We may also disclose your personal information in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of AppsPrize or our customers, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services, protect the personal safety of users of the Services, end users, or the public, protect against legal liability, and for the other compliance and protection purposes described in the section above titled “Use of Personal Information.”

Third-Party Services. Our Services may integrate with or incorporate third-party services, such as account linking/creation (with Google). When you use these features of our Services, those third parties may receive your personal information in order to provide you with their services. Third party’s services, such as Amazon Web Servers in Ireland are incorporated into the website or our technologies but are governed by their respective privacy policy. Some third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our website. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.

Customers and other Business Partners. We may share your personal information with our customers and other business partners, such as when we share information about our users with the relevant customer or partner with other companies for events, features, and other activities in connection with our Services. 

Advertising Partners.  We may share your personal information with third-party advertising companies and social media companies for the advertising purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Some of these partners may automatically collect your information through the use of cookies and similar technologies on our Services and across other websites and online services.

Professional Advisors.  We may disclose personal information to our professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

Public Information.We may have public blogs or other features on our Services that permit the submission of public comments, reviews, feedback, or other information. Any such information may be read, collected, and used by anyone. If your personal information appears publicly on the Services and you want it removed, contact us at support@appsprize.com 

Other Sites and Services . We may link to, integrate with, or display content on other sites and services that are owned or operated by third parties, such as the categories described below. We do not control other sites and services, and third parties may follow different rules regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information.  We encourage you to read the privacy policies of other sites and online services that you visit or use.  

Links to Third-Party Websites and Mobile Applications. Our Services may include links to other websites and online properties operated by third parties, whose privacy practices may be different from ours. When you click on a link to a third-party website or mobile application, you will leave our Services and another entity may collect personal information about you.  Any links to third-party website or mobile application or online properties are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of, or affiliation with, any third party or its services. We have no control over, do not review, and are not responsible for these third-party website or mobile application or for their content or actions.  

Security. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and other risks presented from unauthorized access or disclosure, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security of your personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is fully secure, and any data you transmit is at your own risk.

Your Choices. In this section, we describe the rights and choices available to all users.

Advertising Choices. You can limit the use of your information for interest-based advertising by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings, using browser plug-ins/extensions, and/or using your mobile device settings to limit the use of the advertising ID associated with your mobile device. AppsPrize headquartered in the United States and may have facilities and service providers in other countries around the world (i.e. our servers are located in Ireland). Your personal information may be transferred to Ireland or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country. By providing your personal information or using the Services, where applicable law permits, you expressly and specifically consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your personal information as described in this policy.

Your California Privacy Rights. Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents who have an established business relationship with AppsPrize are entitled to ask us for information regarding the personal information which we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any. If you are a California resident and would like to submit such a request, please submit a written request to support@appsprize.com and include the words “Shine the Light” in the subject line. We are not responsible for requests that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information.

Notice to European Users. The information provided in this section applies only to individuals in Europe. Except as otherwise specified, references to “personal information” in this Privacy Policy are equivalent to “personal data” governed by European data protection legislation.

Children Under the Age of 16. Our Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. Under GDPR Article 8, the age of consent, i.e. when a child is required or able to give their consent for the processing of the own data, is 16. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Website or on or through any of its features/register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Contests, Grants, Sweepstakes, Surveys and sharing your information with third parties. We may, from time to time, offer surveys, contests, grants, sweepstakes, or other promotions on our website or through social media (collectively “Our Promotions”). Participation in our Promotions is completely voluntary and in order to participate, you may need to provide personal contact information such as your name, phone number, email address, username, and similar details and information as detailed above. We use the information you provide to administer Our Promotions. If you have explicitly permitted us to do so, we may use the information provided to communicate with you, or other people you select, about our Services.

Additionally, by participating in our promotions you give your explicit and absolute consent to share your personal information to third parties, where the sharing of your information is necessary for the fulfillment of our Promotions in line with their respective guidelines or terms and conditions.
